Woodley is perfect for this fight. He's washed up and not a boxer. I don't think a couple months with Mayweather will be much help either.

This, hes a wrestler, almost 40 and 20 pounds smaller than Jake.

Hes the perfect pick because hes only marginally a better striker than Askren, while looking the part of being a threat since he is jacked but it wont matter he had 90 days to learn boxing and Jake has had 3 years.

Well I’m interested if you want to go back and actually watch the fight and explain in your own words instead of swinging from bread’s nuts. Taylor was a good fighter, never exceptional. Those 2 fights are a stain on hopkins career, even though he was already 40.

hopkins didnt ***ing throw, he was more skilled but taylor outworked him. and taylor isnt a pressure or volume fighter, hopkins just didnt want to throw.

history repeated with calzaghe. hopkins landed the cleaner harder shots many times but he barely threw. maybe if he let his hands go he would have got hit more by calzaghe but atleast try and find out.

i thought he was going to get worked by pavlik but pavlik was so dog slow that hopkins finally decided to throw more, maybe he did something else for his stamina too, idk. If he fought that like some of the others he would have lost on inactivity.
