Why would Fury fake a test to delay the fight?
Even if the fight had poor ticket sales it doesn’t affect him. He beat Wilder’s ass easily in the 2nd fight and Wilder has a whole new trainer and no tune up fights. He likely sparks that ass again.
Sooner he dispatches with Wilder he can take the Saudi’s $100 million offer and go for undisputed. There’s no benefit for him faking a Covid test to delay this.

It's simple, fights not selling as well as they had hoped so they pulled the old "covid" chestnut and then Wilder will beat Fury and then we will hear that Fury wasn't fully recovered so we need a 4th fight so there are no excuses.
