The anti-vaxxing movement just ain't as significant over here... it's there, just not as big and without as much financial backing. Plus the UK in general just tends to have greater trust in it's institutions I think, specially when it comes to healthcare. Ms Koba's in with the alternative therapies / wellbeing crowd where antivaxxing's pretty strong (in fact she was briefly buying into all the Qanon crap) so I get alot of it second hand though and get to do bits of fact checking and stuff. Sad thing is there is areas that should be open for legitimate debate but the issue's become so polarised that's all but impossible.

I believe most in the U.S had that same trust in our medical institutions as well.
This whole virus issue and the way it's being pushed corroded any of the trust that was left ( IMO ).
For people like me and most of those I socialize with the CDC , WHO and the likes have shown themselves to be no more than Political tools.
