Pacquaio resume alone **** on everyone you just named. All of pac's lost were early in his career. Cotto is the only one who have a resume close to Pac but he only fought in 2 weight class. He is a former flyweight who moved up all the way to welterweight. That is why he is p4p best right now. Dawson and williams have very weak resume right now. And klitchko are both big heavyweight which automatically take them off the p4p list since it was made to appreciate smaller fighters.
