Would you really wish that on Mikey after the Spence fight. Garcia and Prograis are hashing out a fight deal now. That’s a good matchup. Mikey shouldn’t rise past 140. It’s a step too far for him. He just wanted that PAC money so bad.

Arum is clearly about the money. Crawford should be demanding the winner of Spence VS Pacquiao. If Crawford believes he should get in the ring beforehand, he should face either Porter or Thurman. Crawford must be tired of all of the handpicked opponents. Taylor is a manufactured champion made by Arum's promotions - that's designed to elevate the status and ranking of Crawford. Taylor just won a championship, and no one knows who he is......outside of his country and hardcore boxing fans.

Why do you think Taylor is "manufactured"? He didn't handpick or cherrypick his way to #1, he fought everyone that he had to. And the way Arum talks about Crawford, I don't think that he's interested in building Crawford's profile/status. I think Arum would prefer to get the title off Crawford and get it on Taylor or Teofimo.

I hope Crawford does not sign another long-term deal with TR, it's time to move on.

Nobody should be surprised at this comment by Arum. It has been the plan all along for years already. Bud already is used to the easy UK money and he will take the challenge of a fighter moving up.
