I love how Mikey is this little lightweight when he won a title at 140 and two of his last three fights before fighting Spence were at 140 lol. He then fought Vargas right after Spence and beat him while taking flush shots and never showing any signs of being hurt. If Mikey wants to survive, then he is good enough and smart enough to do so.

All these fighters look like killers when facing non-elite fighters but once they step up, the stoppages stop. You think if Crawford fought Danny or Porter he would be stopping them? No chance. Almost all these top match ups will end up going 12 rounds.

I tell people all the time the gameplan Spence went in there with was the smartest gameplan to have. Mikey still has a lot of pop in his punches even at 147, you don't want to just get in a war with him.

Labored down the stretch vs Danny Garcia. If you actually watched the fight, Garcia was wacking Spence in the late rounds,. Spence had zero stamina and was running.

Dude throws some basic ass combinations and telegraphs everything. That's why he can't get any knockouts lately. Throws the same punches.

How embarassing would it be for a 42 year old man with a 2 year layoff were to beat you.

Spence is definitely a good fighter but people who rank him PFP are just fangirls. Dude has done NOTHING to merit a Top 10 PFP ranking. He's the biggest WW today and squeaked by Porter despite being allowed to throw 100+ low blows and edged Danny Garcia in a fight ERROL was dazed on more than one occasion. Spence couldnt hurt LW Mikey Garcia and Spence refuses to fight PFP #1 Terrence Crawford due to promotional barriers...and Spence won't fight Thurman whose in his own promo banner.

Spence is a Top 10 WW no doubt but he'd be lucky to legitimately earn Top 50 worldwide. He's got big media support and a cult following and people are trying to make his fight against a 42-43 year old legend meaningful...Spence should be like a 10-1 favorite.

Finally someone gets it. Just because WW was the glamour division from 2000-2010 doesn't mean WW is always the glamour division. WW is a garbage division now. Crawford and Spence would've been RELEVANT in 2000-2010 but they would not be undefeated nor would either have beaten Manny or Floyd. Porter, Thurman, and Danny Garcia would not have had much success at WW 2000-2010.

Spence is really good, I'd love to see him fight Crawford, but that doesn't look likely, watching him and PacMan is going to be amazing, I have my tickets ready.
