I’ll admit he didn’t look great in the Garcia fight but still beat him decisively after the layoff and crash. But as for the previous fights…I think he looked great beating guys at their own game. Prior to Mikey Garcia, everyone was calling him overrated because he ran over guys with pressure and volume.

There’s never any pleasing anyone. Even after he beats Pac there are going to be little boys like you that will draw up a million other reasons to discredit him.

I don’t discredit any fighter that has made it to the highest level. Spence has done just that. He’s a straightforward fighter but so was Hagler and Lennox Lewis. They did everything just right while making it entertaining to watch.

it’s ok not to like a fighters personality but to try and find very little thing to decrease their stock as a fighter is just you reaching.

I love how Mikey is this little lightweight when he won a title at 140 and two of his last three fights before fighting Spence were at 140 lol. He then fought Vargas right after Spence and beat him while taking flush shots and never showing any signs of being hurt. If Mikey wants to survive, then he is good enough and smart enough to do so.

All these fighters look like killers when facing non-elite fighters but once they step up, the stoppages stop. You think if Crawford fought Danny or Porter he would be stopping them? No chance. Almost all these top match ups will end up going 12 rounds.
