Imagine how you would feel if someone called you a useless bum. Boxing is entertainment, but it doesn’t mean you have to say horrid things about someone. Don’t be Gordon Ramsay. The guy is a professional fighter and that is more in so many ways than what the “normal” human is. I would love to see Whyte fight Ortiz and eat some humble pie.

They all put turd fights on: DAZN, PBC, TR..How many fights have we seen Luis Ortiz taking on someone looking for a soft spot on the canvas? He could be in meaningful fights too but PBC instead treats us to Alexander Flores.

100%. Why they're bringing Whyte over to fight one of our fighters we don't care about, I don't get. A few people might actually care about Martin.

Optics man. Most people only remember Martin as the guy who "walked the earth like a god" then proceeded to show up in skin tight shorts and get blasted out in a couple rounds by AJ. There's a narrative already written for him even if he's the better opponent.

Franklin on the other hand can be spun up as an "up and coming undefeated American heavyweight". Franklin doesn't have power not does he have punch output or great conditioning. He's someone Whyte can look great against.

Andy Ruiz and Luis Ortiz are the no brainer choices. Those are big fights people actually want to see. Whyte/Franklin is an under card fight that no one cares about and no one wants to see and not one person will subscribe to DAZN to watch.

But Franklin who has 20 bouts in 17 years as a pro does? He hasn’t fought a top 50 opponent yet is somehow magically a ranked fighter by an alphabet organization. The HW division is a raging joke of a dumpster fire. The weakest the division has been in over 50 years.

Yeah.... the guys Whyte cherry pick seem to magically increase in ranking to pad his horrible record.

They'll probably promote Franklin into top 10 after he loses to Whyte. Just like they did with rivas
