im shocked judges got it right that time..
The powers that be saw a good investment

Floyd turned out to be the best self-promoter in the history of boxing

Floyd edged him and 115-113 is fair. There should have been a rematch but I believe Floyd would have won even more clearly. But it does say a lot that it was so close being that Oscar was past his best.

Oscar should really move out of the way and quit talking, he has no place and needs to move on.

What makes him think he won?

          He doesnt

I personally read Oscar’s autobiography where he admits to losing the Mayweather fight

Oscar felt he could have won had it been an “on-night” for him

truth of the matter is Floyd is too smart for Oscar. Even Oscar doesn’t know how Floyd took Oscar’s jab away

Oscar had style had SOME attributes that made him competitive with Floyd.

but at end of day Oscar was neither a stylistic nightmare for Floyd nor was he on Floyd’s level

Floyd is ultimately 2 or 3 levels above Oscar as a boxer

Floyd is apart of the VERY GREAT tier while Oscar is in the GREAT tier

never going to happen, and as far as the first fight, Oscar went in there with all the advantages regarding weight and gloves and so on. To be fair he also had a good plan early and did a good job with the jab, activity on the ropes and the overhand right over Floyd's shoulder. What happened after that was that Floyd adjusted and began staying off the ropes and backing up Dela Hoya carefully without getting into exchanges and Dela Hoya does his best work in exchanges, that alone took away the jab to a certain extent and had Dela Hoya's hands at home for defense. Floyd kept adjusting and coming around that guard with the right hand while staying of the ropes and that's what won him the fight while Oscar didn't have any answers.

I always thought that in a rematch on a more even playing field that Floyd would win more clearly but that never happened and fighting now doesn't prove or mean anything. If both want to take risks, do it with the fighters yall promoting and have them fight each others.

I've watched this multiple times. 8-4 Floyd. Oscar will fight Paul in the next year. He's getting desperate for attention again.

"I had 15 years to rest my left jab, so I took it out of the vault and it’s back.” Sure it's not the crypt, Oscar?
