I dont care about these 8 belts per 17 weight class belts. I care about lomachenko's 3 weight class titles as much as I care about Tank's 3 titles and Broner's 4. None of that bs means a thing to the purists because we KNOW how the game is played today. Fighters today are literally turning pro and fighting for a title within 4 or 5 fights. If you are a fighter and can't win 1 title today in boxing with the 8 or 9 in 17 weight classes, you are worthless and need to find a new occupation. The main thing that matters in Loma's career is what he did at 135 because he beat the top guy in Linares and another top 10 fighter in Nakatani. That other cherry bs is irrelevant. And I don't hold Gary Russell to as high of a standard as most do. Then or now. He's the twitter and youtube king.
You understood the words I wrote, but hardly the point. I'll wait for you to improve your comprehension skills. Something tells me it's going to be a long wait with a disappointing result. But, since you got my point wrong anyway...At 15-2 Loma has become a 3 division world champ holding multiple belts. Name me a few other boxers who did the same, American or not. Typically, the first 20 fights even champions fight are against those who don't even have Wikipedia pages. And, mind you, Usman "Uzzy" Ahmed has a Wikipedia page. Did you understand my point now?
btw, you clearly stated(a direct quote)
and I said, "what amerikan fighter is 15-2 compared to Ali?".if Loma was an American, he'd be compared to Ali in greatness.
What is there to comprehend? Is that not your direct quote? If you say "no" then I will issue you a public apology..Last edited by buddyr; 07-01-2021, 02:31 PM.Comment

Loma fighting the younger faster stronger bigger Lopez, is equivalent to lopez moving up to face the bigger stronger jarron Ennis, at least on a physical basisComment

Unprovable, but to be perfectly honest, it sounds like horseshlt to me.
Lopez is #1 at 135 and Loma is probably #2 as things stand. If Davis wants to be part of the conversation at 135, the most basic requirement is that he needs to go back to fighting at that weight class.Comment

Loma will KO Lopez in a rematch. I can put my money where my mouth is, can you? Please, stop!!!! Loma did not take Teofimo lightly. That was his biggest fight to date. He did not start off slowly, he fought a cautious fight because his opponent was legit. While Loma was clearly the more seasoned and clever fighter, Teofimo was more hungrier and stronger. Loma is a very overrated fighter...and yes, race is a factor. He almost got seriously hurt in their first fight. Do not be surprised if Teofimo gets the ko in a rematch.Comment

On the contrary. If Loma was American he would be close to been called God.Comment

Go and talk to that known racist I was addressing, and fuck off for now.

Rematches are for close fights and this wasn't close. It's more likely the belts splinter before that ever happens, or Lopez loses. The IBF will go first. Loma will NEVER get a rematch undeservedly. He should go to the back of line.Comment
