The fact of the matter is we won't really know if any of this fight preparation (physical or mental) will make an actual difference in outcome until the fight happens.

The energy, competition and comradery is an essential part of the puzzle. Meanwhile, Tyson Fury is in the gym with Efe Ajagba and other young, hungry heavyweights. Doesn't look good for Wilder.

All this prep won't count for nothing because we all know Fury is going to have plaster of paris in his hand wraps, illegal gloves, fitted incorrectly, with egg shaped weights in them, probably a knife and a gun also or whatever.
Plus Wilder's costume which he must wear due to being our king will wear his little bambi legs out before he gets to the ring!
