Lmao I can’t blame you for that. I strongly believed that it would be such a competitive fight as well.

When I listen to Abel's comments in the corner they remind me of Timothy Bradley's comments - extermely on point, nothing general (like more body work). And when the boxer starts to incorporate those they start causing damage. Maybe Im off on something, but I always enjoyed Abels suggestions to his boxers in the corners.
Abel trains guys to come forward, little head movement etc. Look how he had no Plan B for Gassiev against Usyk. Deer in the headlights

Usyk needs to get to Joshua chin early. If not it's gonna be a short night. The fact that Joshua is a robot works in usyk favor. But I think Joshua size is gonna be the difference and that sneaky uppercut he throws which is Joshua secret weapon.

lol I think that's what everyone knows and has been saying. Joshua isn't that good by any means, and I see Usyk having some success until Joshua catches him and then it's lights out.

You should've seen the gassiev vs dorticos fight , that was a good one. I think it was the wrong game plan when they fought usyk cause he's got a great engine . I think usyk has a really good chance of winning .

Dorticos is also very limited - he just has power. Josh is more skilled than Glassiev and Dorticos combined.

I think Eddie picked Usyk for a reason. They know he'll struggle with a much bigger man like AJ.

Usyk doesn't have a life time of experience fighting bigger guys , like ruiz does.

Interesting point - i forgot that Gassiev was trained by Abel and he had no plan for Usyk. Also has to do with many boxers from that part of the world dont have much movement, but i get your point.

I can see AJ getting whooped.

No doubt he’ll be struggling to land his telegraphed straight right and Usyk won’t allow him to get in close to throw his combinations.

Like many Joshua fights I think he’ll be limited to just throwing jabs to the body and looking completely befuddled

This fight will be like Wladamir Klitchko vs Chris Byrd the first or 2nd time. Usyk is gonna feel that power and then go into survival mode and try to tap his way to a decision win or loss. Usyk is by far the better boxer of the 2, but he aint winning this without some grade A undetectable steroids.
