that said, do you think what he bench presses or how he looks when he bench presses has any affect at all on how hard he hits? look at his physique and think about why he hits hard. it's those long ass arms and wide shoulders and skinny legs getting leverage. his bad bench press is good for business. if he was built like joshua he wouldn't be knocking people into the next dimension

he puts everything into his punches though.
i don't think he is a harder puncher than ajagba. that guys power is scary.

If you look at the way the weights move at the end of the lift just as he’s putting the bar back into the rack, it appears that there isn’t very much weight on the bar. Any relatively heavy weight doesn’t move like that….AND nobody seemed to notice that Wilder lifts his feet off the ground just before he sets the bar back on the rack…Anyone who has experience bench pressing would know that your feet and legs are necessary to support and balance your body on the bench press…You can get killed or badly injured if you’re benching heavy and you lift your legs off the floor like that….When I first watched the video I thought that Wilder was really trying to go for his maximum lift because of the way he pushed his hips off the bench like a beginner would if they were attempting a one rep maximum lift. Now I’m not so sure that this is a real one rep max lift. It seems like there’s too many things that don’t seem right. AND, attempting a one rep maximum lift would be one of the dumbest things for a boxer to do…It’s great way to gain nothing and also a very risky maneuver for a boxer. There’s a really good chance of injury, especially if the lift is made with terrible form like Wilder exhibited.
You nailed it my friend! It’s a parody. Quite a good one too!

Jesus, could you keyboard wankers be any more goddammit annoying?
To be 310 the biggest plates would have to be 25kg, middle 20kg, smallest 15kg. No way are they 20s and 15s. Too damn small.

He was never knocked flat on his back. I want you to pay very close attention to what I am about to say here. Yes, technically you are correct. He was knocked down twice in the rematch. However, at no point was he ever lying flat on his back from any of those knockdowns.

First, he got punched to the back of the head and went down and landed on the seat of his pants and got immediately back up and then in the second knockdown he was tripped by Tyson Fury as he was throwing a punch at Wilder and he fell to the canvas again; This time he also landed on the seat of his pants.

So while Wilder was knocked down twice in the rematch; However, he was never put on his back from any of them like Tyson Fury was in the twelfth round of their first title bout.

I know some lightweights who can bench 235-250. With that being said, this is boxing muscles mean nothing. Look at tim bradley, guy could not punch.
