I don't know if his benching form is worst than his boxing or not.

Dude, he lifted it once, just once, and almost blew out his lower back with his terrible form. If he wants pump some iron, he better squat and beef up those toothpicks.

Doesnt look like 310lbs to me. His S&C coach should be having him do squats and trap bar deadlifts not benching. He needs a strong foundation for furys big weight advantage. Wilders S&C coach prob has him on a typical bro routine....Curls and Bench LOL

                Lol you ****ing clown.

The average football player does not bench 310 for reps of 10. Those kind of numbers would mean you're pushing 225 for combine level reps.

you ****ing pathetic keyboard warriors man...

If you actually frequented a gym you'd be questioning Wilders 310 claim not that posters.

Children are not allowed the machinery unless accompanied by responsible adults. The way he was twisting around on that bench was unnerving. Lucky boy could easily of injured himself. Where is sensei Scott to put a stop to these dumb and pointless shenanigans?
