Not sure, it's hard to tell because he speaks such little English. If I understood Tagalog then I'd be able to form a better opinion. He has probably made his fair share of questionable decisions like most all of us have.

Dont cry little man. You've lost most part of your savings for betting against pac. That's why you are that sad everytime pac achieved something or do something that your idol wasn't able to do. I have my cars and very happy with that. I bet wisely for pac that's how i got them. I got my collection for believing in him.
