They're slowly giving him space, as you might've noticed. They don't hover over him like before. Even Gervonta said he's getting comfortable in his role slowly (popularity). All they do these days is to interject only whenever complex questions are asked about other fighters and promotions, and that's their right. Davis is the A-side to anyone between 130 and 140.
