Who rides along with the police? He/ she has to be a master of verbal jui jitsu so she can talk down the culprit/ criminal. This way it prevents cops from resorting to shooting them innocently with guns. Imo cops should throw down physically more than shoot when the person is mental but without a weapon. Can you see how possibly lives could be saved here? Correct me if I'm wrong.
