if you go over that then you are considered a u.s. resident and taxed on ALL your revenue not just your income in the u.s.

mexico is fine to me.

it's only a short plane ride from mexico to l.a. or vegas plus it's the same time zone.

with a training in philippines manny is gonna have to adjust to a new time and jet lag.

Security can hold off threats and fans, however if he has security keep fans away from him in PI, he'll look like a **** in their eyes.

I suggest Mexico, if he's got ample security he'd be too high profile for any dangerous business..

Theres somewhere else other than PI or Mexico he can train i think, he's just enjoying himself, and hopefully it doesn't cost him the fight... (actually either way i don't care, i like pac and cotto, but more importantly i want a good fight, not an untrained pacman)
