Because they would be spending 8 weeks in the absolute opposite climate as where the fight will take place. Las Vegas is a hot dry, humid climate. Canada is the complete opposite.

Security can hold off threats and fans, however if he has security keep fans away from him in PI, he'll look like a **** in their eyes.

I suggest Mexico, if he's got ample security he'd be too high profile for any dangerous business..

Theres somewhere else other than PI or Mexico he can train i think, he's just enjoying himself, and hopefully it doesn't cost him the fight... (actually either way i don't care, i like pac and cotto, but more importantly i want a good fight, not an untrained pacman)

Unfortunately Manny is surrounded by ****** Filipinos who know absolutely nothing about boxing. He should listen to ****roach instead of them, he knows damn well what he's talking about. Manny training in the Phillipines will really affect his training. He gets mobbed everywhere.

And he really needs to boot off some of those ****** people in his team, those idiotic Filipino yes men who serve no real purpose. And Manny better abandon his idea of politics too, that's just ******. He's a damn boxer not a politician. He's got all these ****** ideas in his head.
