i noticed that the ufc is having good fights more often,i mean big ufc names compete every few months,while in boxing there maybe 1 or 2 super fights a year the rest is average.

The UFC should do battle with -

Pacquiao - Cotto

Hatton - Khan

Hatton - De La Hoya

Mayweather - Cotto

Mayweather - Pacquiao

If boxing put its big guns together, no way could UFC compete. People need to remember that the UFC is a promotional company with all the best fighters. If boxing wasn't so divided, and had all its best fighters under one roof, UFC couldn't stand up to it. All respect to UFC though, they put on good cards, and give their fans value for money.

The UFC does have a card on the same night as Pac-Cotto.

UFC had the Sept 19th date before GBP had it. If anything Dana White is probably pissed because Mayweather and Juan Manuel are stealing PPV buys from him.
