      Wow, almost a year off.

They need to come with a name after all that time - I'll take the Prograis fight, definitely prefer that.

A fight with a credible name like Prograis usually isn't advertised as "Terence Crawford to return on ESPN in Oct" though. they would just come out and announce the matchup.

Won't be Ramirez, Zepeda looked shook in his last fight, probably not Ugas. Aveneysan is the next guy I can think who is possible and in a better spot than Zepeda at the moment I'd think...but who is gonna care bout that especially after a year layoff. If Vergil wins and they say that is next after Avenysan then maybe, he's still gonna hear it though

It will be. I just watched an interview with Prograis who said he has no interest in 147 right now.

I thought it was going to happen as well, I was confident it would...But then he just turned to Pacquiao which you can't blame him for doing so but it seemed like he put all his eggs in one basket. Now that fight didn't happen, doesn't even seem like TR pursued any of the other top WWs. Oh well.
Yeah man, Zepeda is the #4 Light Welterweight in the world for me, on a great run of form too. I’d only put Taylor, Prograis and Ramirez above him in that order as well.

When a date is announced, but the opponent isn't listed, then you know it's gonna be a no-hoper/tune up level fight.
