I will believe Wilder is not that good when somebody not named Tyson Fury beats him.

Until Wilder defeats a top heavyweight, he's a bum.

At least the 40 year old AJ beat like klitschko and Povetkin used to be good

Ortiz and stiverne were never good.
I think Ortiz is good, and that he would have caused AJ some problems, though lose. Wilder also has the hardest single punch by a mile. I know Joshua hits hard, but he threw the kitchen sink at Breazeale for 8 rounds before getting the stoppage, Wilder almost took his head off his shoulders in the first round. Joshua has slow recovery powers, and that's something you can't have vs a man like Wilder imo.

The issue is he would never fight anyone. They picked on Fury because they thought they could use his status at that time, they had no choice now but to try and get their bet back. They never wanted to fight anyone who might be a threat to them when he had the WBC belt, so no Whyte, no Joshua unless they were on the PBC side. I mean he has been around since 2008, and never even fought one of the Klits or those who were from that era.

            this dude is Golovkin 2-0

Wilder reminds me of a Lacy or Miranda 2.0 tbh. It's true that you need more than just power at the top level.

Wilder is number 2 for what achievements? Getting a dodgy draw with Fury? Beating Ortiz? What exactly did Ortiz ever do in his career? Who are the pedigree fighters Wilder has beaten?

Also, Fury clearly not the GOAT when he hasn't even cleared up if he is the best in his own era. He needs to face Joshua to make a definitive claim of being the best in his era. Maybe he would win, but we don't know for sure until they actually fight.

Finally, I'm sure even you know that your comment about losing 10 times to Fury and still being number two is ridiculous hyerbole. If Wilder loses this upcoming fight with Fury he is a heartbeat from retirement.

that is why Golovkin avoided Ward, Lara, etc...

The great Cuban prospect Luis Ortiz has only lost to one man, one face, and I think he would give someone like Dillian Whyte a good beating. Whyte got a good win vs Alexander Covidetkin, but I think Ortiz would beat him.

Whyte vs Ortiz would be risky for Whyte.... Because he might end up with a rep for beating up sick, old men.

I would be quite happy for Ortiz to fight some other names/ranked fighters, but for some reason he doesn't and it's not like he has a lot of time left.
