All these fighters Pacquiao faced were coming off a loss or being KO Morales, Barrera2, Clottey, Mosley, Rios, Broner, Larios. Floyd only fought 2 fighters coming off a loss. Judah and Corley. Pacquiao only faced 5 guys who were coming off a KO win. It’s no way a sane person can have Pacquiao ahead of Floyd due to skills.
