But Ward has only given Farias one rd so maybe I'm just off with how close the fight seems

Mikaela finds a better way to fight Farias in round 8 and wins rounds 8-10 giving the edge IMO to win the fight on points. Official decision coming up.

So I learned that Mikaela needs gets hit flush with both hands. Mayer needs to return her hands back to defensive position after firing, she also needs to role with the punches a lot better.
