Bek is definitely a powerful fighter and very aggressive, but man you cannot be throwing shots that wide and squared up. He was a KO waiting to be happen so it may be good that it happened this soon so hopefully he can go and change some things up. It is a setback no doubt, but his career is not derailed because of this loss.

As for Gabe, as I did the day of the fight, this man continues taking tough fights and doing his thing. Finally he got an official win in one of these types of fights. The Berlanga fight would definitely be good for both fighters.

Bek is far from done… I mean Patrick Teixeira was iced in similar matter by Curtis Stevens but came back to become a world champ same w/t PacMan against Marquez. Bek just needs to shore up that defense and he’ll be back in contender status sooner rather than later. Still rate Bek higher than Berlanga or Morrell as he’s the only of the three fighting actual competition not just cab drivers.

I will say this, Teixeira became "interim" world champ by beating Adames who I didn't even know who he was at the time, so I'm not putting much validity on that part of your argument, but I respect it, he faced a more game Castaño and got beat 10+ rounds to none.

Pacquiao is a legend and a ATG which again doesn't do good for the comparision, now, I might be wrong, Bek might be back and prove me wrong, I'm not saying 100% he is done, All what I said is that majority of fighters are never the same, we'll see thou, I do like his fighting style a lot, very fun guy to watch.

I do not see a bright future for Bek, yeah sure he can probably overpower someone shot to bits or not very good and pick up one of 43534 world titles these days but he is going to have serious issues vs a durable, savvy counterpuncher.

Agreed with a lot of posters here. Bully hits like a truck, but I was worried by the lack of guard, jabs, and head movement. Rosado was trying to time that shot in the second round.

FYI, Announcers said Bully couldn't get a fight, that he was even willing to fight Kovalev for $40K! Dang, that says a lot about him--Kovalev already, and for only $40K. No wonder he was game for Rosado so soon. His reckless style vs the veteran didn't work out, but he's young. IF he can change up, maybe a 2.0 style will work for him. Maybe not.

I do think it was a little sheisty for GB to line him up with Rosado, though. I didn't expect that outcome, but in an era where even champs duck eachother, they should have brought this guy along a little first. Rosado is a soldier. Who cares if he has about 1 loss per 2 wins? The man can box, and 40 fights taught him strategy that the new pro hasn't learned yet, no matter what happened in the amateurs.

Nah, the Rosado fine was just fine for Bek. We can't be using hindsight here. This is the type of fight he needed. Bek can't just be fighting guys he gets out of there in a few rounds, he eventually needed to fight someone who could go rounds with him and make him think. This is why TR was targeting Rosado for Berlanga.

I disagree. Putting him in with Rosado was good matchmaking. These things just happen. I don’t think it mattered much who they put him in there with how open this guy was/is, unless they avoided puncher’s his entire career, it was bound to happen. The onus was on his trainer(s).

Now I want to see Rosado in with someone of note.

It's fine tho Bek will be back in no time I fully expect him to climb the ranks again and challenge for a title. This was a good learning experience

If he can bounce back from a KO like that, and get at it, I'm sure gonna watch whenever he's on.
