I'm pretty sure the rematch clause is there for AJ's benefit and not Usyk's. Or am I misunderstanding your comment?

As for Hunter's prediction, I think Joshua is capable of picking up rounds fighting at a distance. However, he shouldn't get too comfortable with that gameplan as surely Usyk won't come in with one strategy.

Sorry Hunter...Usyk hasn't had a single great fight at HW even against much lower opponents. Extremely unlikely Usyk beats Joshua. Joshua, particularly a lighter and more mobile Joshua, will catch him and knock him out. Even if AJ isn't able to KO him, he will win on points as he did against Parker. The realistic way of Usyk winning is repeating the Ruiz 1 fight. Usyk isn't eating shots to throw some of his own (not at HW at least), doesn't have hands as fast as Ruiz, and isn't a power puncher to exploit Joshua's questionable chin.

One thing Usyk can do is keep the pace high and manage to take Joshua into later rounds. A heavier Joshua had stamina issues.

I believe that Usyk is a far better boxer than AJ; however, we cannot discount the corruption/incompetence of the judges and that Usyk must stop Joshua to win the fight (regardless of how masterfully Usyk outboxes AJ).

I haven't seen anyone say that Fury will beat Wilder because of his size. Multiple other reasons, yes. But not his size.

But if that's the reason they're giving for picking Fury to win, yes I agree. Stick to Pro Wrestling.

Hunter is ignoring the physical attirbutes. Joshua has a four-inch reach advantage, is a bigger, stronger man. Further, Usyk hasn't shown dangerous knockout power even at cruiserweight, so Joshua doesn't have to worry about that and though Usyk has nimble feet, a solid defence, great fundamentals and great resilience he is not so elusive that he won't be hit. If Bellew and Chisora can lay glove on him repeatedly, so can Joshua, no problem. And Joshua will rock him if he hits cleanly. Have to strongly favour Joshua to stop him.

Thats a misconception, he punches himself out going for the kill or he gets clipped and somehow wipes his battery until he gets a second wind.
But if you take the Ruiz 2 fight he jabbed, power punched and moved for 12 rounds easily...

                  AJ's not losing.

                  Eddie's got this.

I clearly said, "a heavier Joshua had stamina issues". The Ruiz 2 fight showed a slimmed Joshua, not the body-builder Joshua. Also, Ruiz was too fat and lazy in that fight and Joshua could choose to engage and disengage at will. Usyk has the potential to keep engaging and keep the pace high. It is doubtful, however, that he can engage with getting himself KTFO. Usyk has struggled against lower-level HWs so while this may be a theoretical probability and I mentioned it, I do not see much chances of Usyk winning.

This SHOULD be an easy fight for Joshua, particularly a lighter Joshua.
