Add Juneteenth to the weekends that Americans can see as boxing weekends along with Mexican Independence Day and Cinco de Mayo. Well done for PBC, Showtime, and Al Haymon for recognising the need to honour Juneteenth weekend considering the high percentage of African-American champions today and in the history of boxing. Congratulations to the African-American posters on this forum for the POTUS signing this holiday as a federal holiday. Great to see the Emancipation of enslaved peoples recognised and celebrated.
