definately overachieved in the sense of coming out of nowhere and blasting out forrest the way he did and then doing wat ppl thought was impossible in the fact that he outpointed him in the rematch. but in doing that he gave himself a platform and from that platform he definately underachieved . in the trinindad fight it summed him up perfectly where lampley sed that if the money was right mayorga wud go up to heavyweight and fight lennox lewis.
