i think Falcao is looking to force a GGG mandatory

Ummmm... what? Why on the Good Lord's Blessed green Earth does Golovkin need a tune up fight for? All he has had since the Alvarez loss is tune-up level fights. It is FREAKING crazy the amount of no fights we have at 160. Charlo says no one will sign. Andrade says no one will call him back. Golovkin has stopped even pretending that he cares. Murata is apparently happy to fight once every 18 months. Munguia made all kinds of noises about fighting top level and settled for leftover Golovkin roadkill.Derevyanchenko has gone radio silent. What is up at MW?

Actually, upon further review, I guess the Juan Montiel fight for Charlo may be as good as it gets these days.
he fought dervy after the canelo fight. dervy is the only notable opponent and top 10 guy charlo has ever fought. tune up for ggg but makes charlo a top guy lol. he also fought szeremata who was in the top 10. was he great? no but if its so easy to keep beating top 10 guys why isnt charlo doing it? 1 in 4 years? wow.

What good comes out of making such a statement to the media/public. That's just a bad PR move IMHO. It's the reality given the state of boxing but, not really something that should be advertised.

I'd give Charlo a lot more credit for wanting a big fight, vs anyone, if he handled the Canelo, Jacobs, and Benevidez (especially) situations better. All bark and no bite. Talented fighter though

For nothing? It would be by far his biggest payday, and if he won it would practically force the Canelo fight at some point lol. Wtf man

Nah. It helps Andrades stock a lot, he might not become a star but it makes a Golovkin fight much more likely. Hearn and Haymon have the same gameplan and throw away money in the same vain. This fight promotes the platform by being on DAZN and if Andrades wins it’s a huge plus for the reasons I already mentioned and more belts under DAZN, which is a step closer to abolishing the sanctioning bodies.

Sure it might seem like a high number. But It’s probably a necessary sacrifice/attempt to get a PBC fighter to budge otherwise how do they get that belt? Also Putting Andrade in a Charlo fight might be cheaper in the long run, win or lose.

Funny this coward doesn´t fight Munguia or Benavidez. Neither Canelo nor GGG have ducked this guy. He is full of lies.

I'm ok with not watching him fight. Even Crawford is fighting better competition.
