So am I and therefore I decided to get vaccinated. I don't watch or read the news, and a hardcore libertarian. I got vaccinated bc I saw what it did to others.

Just today came back to work and a coworker lost two friends. We lost a friend. Another has not recovered since March. Sunday my neighbor left in hearse after battling COVID. I don't anyone that went to hospital due to flue, I met plenty that did and all in a little over a year.

No, he did not get vaccinated and therefore contracted. This is what happens. Most COVID hospitalizations now have one thing in common - not vaccinated. He has symptoms and hopefully for him it doesn't have a long term affect like it has on many.

yes if u get the vaccine you are protected from serious illness 90% plus of the time but the point i was making is that at teo's age and health he only has a less then .2% chance of a serious problem with covid and with covid rapidly going away its a choice he made, he got unlucky or else this is some type of smoke and mirrors about the fight, which i would not be at all surprised about, i choose not to get the vaccine as i know a few people who already have problems after getting it & it worries me, one has crazy ringing in his ears non stop a few days after 2nd dose, he is full of regret about getting the jab, plus the full side effects will not show up be allowed to be talked about for years, thats how things work to get the economy moving again

so you can’t be a free thinker if you get the vaccine?

            hmm, plausible

It’s not experimental you absolute helmet. And far far far far fewer people have died from the vaccine than covid. The risk of dying of covid is far far far higher than an adverse vaccine reaction, across all ages and health levels.

There’s rare cases but having vaccine massively reduces chance.

that’s like not bothering to wear a seatbelt as they don’t guarantee surviving all crashes.

Protection from the virus depends on both your own immunity and also other’s around you. If Teo’s grandma had the vaccine, say, but Teo didn’t, her chance of catching covid would be the chance of her own vaccine not working. If Teo had the vaccine, too her chance of catching covid is much smaller, as it requires both her own vaccine and Teo’s vaccine to fail, which is far less likely.

I watched the Jake Paul and Ben Askren PPV and it was literally the dumbest thing a person could try and connect a sporting event with. Besides the crap fights and shoddy concerts the slap fight contest was a frigging joke and crapped on all combat sports.
