          I don't care about speed. Jab is faster than cross, soccer kick is slower than martial arts, but cross & soccer kick are more powerful. Muscles count more than speed. I find that recruiting more muscle fibers at the expense of speed (still normal speed, not "slow" speed, just not extra fast at the expense of giving up recruiting muscle mass) makes more powerful punch. If I need an opening with a fast punch, I will use short punches or jab. Otherwise, punches are better to be strong even if "slower".

              Pac is going to get tired after throwing those flurries and would need a second wind which will leave him at his most vulnerable against a much younger, bigger and stronger opponent with a higher work rate like Erroll Spence.

                PAC hits harder than Spence, according to a common opponent.... so PAC is faster and harder...
