I hope Donaire vs winner of Rigo/Casimero gets made for the end of the year and then in the first quarter of 2022 we can see the undisputed match up at 118 before Inoue moves up.
I'm hoping MJ gets in the mix with the other top 122 pounders as well. We need that undisputed match up after the Fulton/Figueroa fight.Comment

I'm not too optimistic about that. I'm no PBC hater type but they are fine living in their own bubble. They also have enough work for Fulton over there after he beats Figueroa. Conlan as a mandated tune up, Roman, Aleem and maybe they pick up Castro. He has two offers right now.

Yes, very strange. I think Hart getting let go was odd too. I figured he was fighting Berlanga next.
"The news comes on the heels of junior welterweight prospect Elvis Rodriguez having been released by Top Rank, in a story broken over the weekend by The Athletic’s Mike Coppinger. BoxingScene.com has learned that junior featherweight contender Carlos Castro (26-0, 11KOs) is not only no longer with Top Rank but already in promising talks with at least two other promoters at present time."Comment

Honestly, Hart is the most understandable of the 3 to me. Giving up on Rodriguez so early and Castro when he is so close to a title shot are shockers, Hart is at least on the verge of becoming a gatekeeper, but is is strange because of all the guys TR has at 175Yes, very strange. It makes sense to let him go, I just thought they'd test Berlanga with him first. I could see Bek or Morrell fighting him soon.Comment
