if Pac goes to USA in July he is ****ed because conditioning is one of the keys and climate and this means Justin Fortune also wont be working with him until the last leg of camp, if anything Pac needs to fly Fortune out there ASAP to get his conditioning up.

bro!!! roach brought in an mma fighter for pac to spar for the floyd fight so stop it with that!! roach had pac sparred ray beltran for years regardless of the opponents! roach used to just let pac spar roach;s fighters lol!! like when pac and khan was in camp at the same time, then roach would have pac spar khan.

roach was good for pac all the way up until 2010, after that, it's been all down hill... freddie doesnt come up with good game plans anymore. i dont know if it's the age, the health condition or the hollywood status that got to him, but roach hasnt really done shiiet for manny in a while. i hate to say this but i feel like manny is only keeping roach around so he doesnt get the backlash from it from the media, etc.. like when he dropped roach from the lucas fight, he caught some heat for that.

fortune was with pac in the philipines during the lucas fight without roach so i dont see a problem there.. and buboy is the true and real trainer for manny. i used to hate on him too but then i finally realized he's the real trainer that pac listens too between rounds, etc.. and he knows more than you think, he just comes off like he doesnt know much because of how he looks.

There's no issue here.. It's always that way half of the time in his home town, half of the time in the wild card gym. Don't you know that?

1st phase is to reconditioning. That can be done in his country. Then off to sparring in the Wild Card.

if you look at the mitt works with buboy/manny and if you look at the punch and combos that manny throws, it's the same punch and combo he throws in his actual fight that works!

for example, like the 3 punch combo pac does with buboy on the mitts. the 1-2 then a weird angle hook/upper cut.... that weird angle punch that manny throws after his combo. pac has caught and dropped his opponents with this punch combo.
Yea it’s like a hybrid- uppercut depending on his shoulder elevation

              I'm sure they can.

Pac got usada drug testing in the Philippines during the Pac Floyd fight.

                Roach is pure hype.

                No one one needs him.

Manny can do whatever TF he wants. He might pick up an L on his record, but he really can't lose. If he doesn't do well though I hope he retires or starts fighting bums. I legit would pay money to watch Manny do some squash matches before he retires.

can yall tell me in the last 5 years, what have roach done with manny or can you point out anything roach has said to manny in between rounds that was beneficial to manny?

i am not filipino, but you can tell in between rounds what buboy is saying to manny and you can see manny going out in the next round doing what buboy told him to do.
                      LOL! Freddie Roach hate.

You all forget Freddy was was trained but the late great Eddie Futch. Who is Eddie Futch?

Eddie Futch was an Hall of Fame trainer. He trained fighters to perform at the highest levels for several decades. Champions who worked under Futch's tutelage include Smoking Joe Frazier, Larry Homes, Rid**** Bowe, Michael Spinks, Alexis Arguello,Marlon Starling, Wayne McCullough and Montell Griffin. His first world champion fighter was Don Jordan world welterweight champion in 1958.

Futch noted that Ali often leaned his head away from punches. Ali would not do that with his body, so the boxing proverb 'kill the body and the head dies' became the plan"

Futch said that Frazier should wear down Ali with persistent body punches.Which was something he was not used to doing, Futch also believed that Frazier's constant bobbing and weaving would make Ali uncomfortable because he would often have to punch down at Frazier's head (Ali almost never threw body punches).

Finally, Futch noticed that Ali's uppercuts were sloppily and technically incorrectly (Futch said Ali threw what he thought were uppercuts). He instructed Frazier to throw a left hook over the top of Ali's right uppercuts and told Smoking Joe to beat Ali to the punch when doing so.

An exhausted Ali opened the 15th round by throwing a half-heated uppercut, Frazier feinted a left and then unleashed a huge sweeping left hook at Ali's head, which floored him and created one of the most famous knock-downs in boxing history.

Freddie was not a Hall of Fame boxer but his training might be.
