Eddie Futch was an Hall of Fame trainer. He trained fighters to perform at the highest levels for several decades. Champions who worked under Futch's tutelage include Smoking Joe Frazier, Larry Homes, Rid**** Bowe, Michael Spinks, Alexis Arguello,Marlon Starling, Wayne McCullough and Montell Griffin. His first world champion fighter was Don Jordan world welterweight champion in 1958.

no hate!! i said "at this point" freddie cant do much for manny as proven!! what has roach done to improve manny in the last 5 years? NOTHING!! i am not taking any credit away from roach. i said freddie was good with manny early on when pac teamed up with roach but at this point, roach has already taught manny all he knows. roach hasnt come up with a good game plan for pac in years... look at who roach brought in as sparring partners for manny for the floyd fight, a damm mma fighter!!

Great athletes usually have a physical advantage and gift.

That physical gift doesn translate to the boxers they train usually.
