    John Ruiz vs Eddie Chambers
    Oleg Maskev vs Alexander Povetkin
Chagev will most likely fight a good opponent before facing a top 12 heavyweight
    Dimitrenko, don't know.
Boystov will fight a high ranked opponent in the WBA.

      Ruiz-Chambers would be good...

Although HeartAttack will be angry at me for posting that, the truth is, John Ruiz would be a very good name for the resume of either Chambers or Povetkin!

I think Povetkin-Ruiz seems more likely, because isn't Ruiz like one fight away from a title shot?

The winner of Valuev-Haye is supposed to fight him...

But Povetkin-Ruiz is more likely because it's a Sauerland card.

Not angry, just befuddled. Two people have ever looked good against Ruiz, Jone Jr. and David Tua. And the last fight that Ruiz was in that was entertaining lasted only 19 secs, because thats the time it took for David Tua to try to take his head off. Only highlight of John Ruiz' career.

I think with his high workrate and combinations, Povetkin may have the right style to clearly defeat Ruiz without a KO. He'll get Ruiz with a couple of punches each time he moves in to hold - it actually might be kind of interesting.

If the fight does happen and Povetkin wins, you think he would ditch the idea of fighting the winner of Chambers/Klitschko and instead fight the winner of Valuev-Haye?

Possibly. Otherwise, he has to wait a long time for Wlad, who'll be fighting Chambers in March.
