Wrong. Exclusivity with Sky was only for UK fights. They could have made a deal with Top Rank anytime they wanted.

Sky will work with many UK promoters now instead of feeding and funding a giant snake like Edward Hearn who bit them in the back. Sky's propaganda was instrumental in making every silly fight by Hearn being sold as PPV, so they can do the same thing now but give chance to other small promoters in the UK and no single promoter will become huge and then bite them back.

Quite clever strategy by Sky sports and this will be a better option for everyone: promoters, boxers, viewers and Sky themselves.

All this new promoter and Johnny wisch are doing is working for sky basically but hey that’s ok , keeps them in control and top ranks present fighters and back catalogue will keep fans happy to a degree . We will probably get the odd mouth watering domestic fight now and again I guess .
