Doubt we will ever know the real numbers. Seems like real PPV numbers are getting harder to tally as of late. At $50 a pop, and networks, cable companies and internet providers getting more than half the take, it is not nearly as lucrative as the 3 million plus buys they first anticipated. Floyd told TMZ he would make over a $100 million on his fight. Nope!

Anyone know the live gate? Attendance looked abysmal.

I bought it but when will folks realize that hardcore fans don't contribute to PPV buys?

And 600k was just the TV estimate which may be correct. The million or more is including streaming purchases.

Over 1 million idiots. Not surprised. This country is being run by idiots for idiots. The same idiots that thought it was ok to burn the country down last year are the same idiots thinking this "fight" was worth buying.

But if it did sell a Mill or more over there, then they deserve to have their money taken. That's what happens to fools. I've only seen a few rounds before turning that crap off. I didn't even watch a stream of it live. Which is a first for me.
Why don't you stand out the front of a movie theater and tell them they are fools because they bought a movie you didn't care for, see how long it takes to get smack in the mouth, does it register just how naive this idea is, seriously you boys are so closed-minded its not funny its actually sad to think so much of today's youth think this brain dead way.

I rang a good friend who went to it and he said apart from the rain he had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed himself, he went to see the spectacle of the event, see the celebs and known fighters and he said he wanted to see Floyd box for probably his last time, this forum needs to grow the fck up.

Since Fraud still has selling power, he should give Canelo a rematch.

It's clear weight isn't an issue.

Did they even reveal the real number for the guerrero fight? He piggybacks off guys with big fanbases. If he was the great draw you people hype him up to be how come the berto fight didn't even draw 500k? Lol idiots
Almost everyone he's ever fought got their biggest PPV numbers against him. He's the draw if you like it or not.

Floyd got 30 million to wear the shorts, 10 million to show up, and 50% of ppv buys which is 25 kmillion so thats like what 65 million?

65 million base to fight a youtuber for 8 rounds, yea not that much LMAO.
