        What about that rule that says you can't gain a certain amount of weight after the weigh in? Or is that just for certain states?

          i don't even know if they have such a rule.

          it's more dangerous.

          guys will not only cut weight for the weigh in but not rehydrate themselves properly because of the fear of putting on too much weight afterwards.
