Arum does not really care about Bud because Spence is no proven money maker himself. So even if Bud Kos spence it wouldn't be worth much, Bud is about 35 now and there are no big money stars in 147 to do a big fight. the welterweight division is essentially dead right now.

so dumb. he never got in the ring with illegal wraps but he tried once when he knew mosleywas steroided up to the ears. mosley never once criticized Margarito for trying to use illegal wraps. because he knew how guilty he was with Balco steroids which made him look like a prime Ray Robinson Ray Leonard killer when just months earlier no steroids he looked like a shot fighter.

Both, PBC are definitely freezing him out because he would probably beat everyone on their rota. Top Rank aren't doing a greater job because when you sign a boxer then you also need to sign guys that he would fight. I don't blame PBC for freezing him out because Arum/TR would have done the same, that's the politics of boxing am afraid.

Facts, there is a lot more that points out that Bud himself is freezing himself out along with the help of his good ol' manager Bob. No one forced Bud to re-sign to Top Rank, he chose to. Either Bud is super ignorant of the the fact that many BIG NAMES left Top Rank such as Cotto, Pacman, Oscar de la Hoya, Mayweather the list goes on and on, or he intentionally re-signed to stay safe and protected by fighting all the super easy competition he has been fighting for years.
