Thurman is too strong, too prime for Porter.

Both guys want a big fight and the winner of this fight cold catapult one of them to a big payday. I don't think it's a bad fight considering who is available right now and I'm not sure why so many are bitching. All the Crawford praise around here and both Thurman and Porter are better than anyone Crawford has even fought in his entire career. Crawford is literally waiting around fighting bums, has beens, and wasting his prime. At least these guys have the nerve to get in there with each other.

crawford is the only one in the top 5 at welter who hasnt fought a live body at welter

why would the others duck crawford if they already fought high competition. the only one with the trend of fighting bums at welter is crawford

Very odd fight! Not sure why Thurman has been so inactive after his first defeat but surely being around 2 years out of the ring isn't gonna be good.

Based on their last performances, I'd say Thurman gets hurt here by Porter.
