No problem with a rematch, 1st fight was a good close fight that did big ratings on CBS

Of course neither want to fight Crawford...good joke.

I'll stream (illegally) or catch on YT. Neither fighter has ANY momentum and theyre both on the backends in their careers...might as well have a playoff with Danny Garcia to find the best least marketable welterweight contender lmao

I'd gladly buy a PPV with Porter or Thurman if they fought:

      Crawford
      Boots
      Ortiz

      Anyone else? Pass.

Thurman never asked for 5 million. That was a false report that got out of hand.

Porter got over 1 million dollars fighting Sebastian Formella last year. Kell Brook got 2 million for fighting Crawford last year. Crawford-Porter is bigger than both of those fights. No reason why Porter can't get 3 million for that fight.

You do know that Kenny Porter went to Top Rank and asked for Arum to give him an offer and there wasn't one given, right?

That fight was shot down by Arum...and Bruce Trampler confirmed this.

The loser of this fight is done. They both should be trying to get Ugas' belt, unless they know that Ugas' belt will be going back to Pacquiao. I wonder if Thurman & Porter are making more against each other than they would make against Crawford.

Because haymon HAD to pay Pacquiao. You know how badly a spencer-ugas ppv would bomb? Its better to overpay pac and keep the black hopejob in spencer going than to let his aura of being a ppv attraction diminish against ugas. And yet morons like you will continue to hype spencer for beating an old, inactive smaller fighter

Logic says porter has been much more active recently and looked good against top opposition. But if thurman is taking this fight it’s for a reason. He probably is feeling good, and he’s beaten him before. Can’t count him out. Also why is everyone hating on this?? Thurman is coming off a loss and Porter can avenge a loss. Spence and Pac are tied up. Danny wants to go to 154. If they fight bums, y’all *****. Bob is not capable of getting crawford a top fighter.

I think Porter would win a rematch. Thurman hasn't fought in 2 years now & didn't look so great against Lopez or Pacquiao.

That's exactly why. Both guys are trying to put themselves in position for a title shot. A win against a demoted Ugas would deadlock them
