if a person received a confirmation when they bought it, PPV Showtime keeps that metric. What isn’t mentioned is the refunding for all the callers who couldn’t watch it. These callers are a customer service issue metric and on record.

Floyd already knew ahead of time that the “servers crashed.” Why would anybody relay that to him as if it were important? So if it sold 700K PPV’s, expect, a server crashing, that half of those people will be reimbursed. A huge loss, but Showtime PPV won’t report on reimbursement, only the metric they stole
