He is kind of chinny*in my opinion from a couple of fights where he looked rocked against fighters who I don't think punch as hard or as fast as Pacquiao, not the worst chin in boxing but Pacquiao does have a pretty good punch. And Bertos never fought anyone as fast as Manny before, if Berto had problems with Collazo which was only two fights ago. What makes you think Berto would be able to beat Pacman?

That is, if he can find Manny. Both fighters doesn't have a lock on this, and you say Pacman can only win by decision? There's one scenario that can happen that you probably haven't thought of. Manny can box Cotto's ears off early, and he'll find out that he can't cope with Manny's speed, like a host of others who found out the hard way. Pacman will be piling up points up to a certain extent that Cotto will be desperate. He will try to go for a KO and will expose himself even more. Pacman is the best in the business when you show him that you're slipping a bit. He will make you pay, and he won't take breaks like what Clottey did.

Berto looks strong. I don't think so. And Cotto may not have a big height/reach advantage but he's naturally stronger and bigger built than the tiny Pacquiao.
As I said, he's a jaguar, short but strong.
