It’s because these people hate Floyd. It’s clear as day. They’ll grab at anything and spin it to their agenda of hating Floyd.

His skills are still there and his IQ is still there but you can tell his movements are more labored compared to what we were all used to seeing in his career. Very bittersweet to see as a boxing fan but at least the man had fun.

In a similar vein I only hope Pacquiao, another aging legend, can at the least give one last good showing against Spence as I fully expect Spence to be too much for him at this point in his career.
Huh ? Don't even compare the scenarios. Floyd at 50-0 just fought a YouTuber who was 0-1. My god.

Paul barely landed a punch all fight, averaging less than 3 landed per round. It was garbage, but as I said Mayweather won 7, probably all 8 rounds.

You forgot that it was a 34.5 lb weight advantage and that the guy Mayweather fought has had 1 single fight in his life, a fight that he lost.

He needs to just enjoy his life now and cut off all the hangers-on bleeding him dry. This ain't Pretty boy or money Mayweather, it's a 44-year-old man who retired 6 years ago.
I heard his expenses are over 1million a month with his travelling entourage and that was years ago.

              • What competent fighter gets knocked out by a guy 30 pounds smaller? Money grab for Floyd and there is nothing else to say.

Regardless, why should it matter? It wasn’t even an official bout. Why should me, you, or Floyd, or anyone care?

                  • Didn't watch the fight but there is an incredibly wide range of takes here. Everything from Floyd is an embarrassment to Canelo is an embarrassment for not doing as good as Paul. Something tells me the truth is someplace in between.

Honestly, once Mayweather stops doing these exhibitions, it wouldn't surprise me if he went broke within 5 years. he's got all this money and no clue what to do with it and seemingly loves to play the big shot with his "crew".
