It's the first time I have watched him, Tyson Fury is my fave fighter, has been since he was a top domestic boxer in 2011, but because I liked his personality and his fighting heart, I also like Hughie, but Tommy, no personality whatsoever, no skills, and couldn't bust a g****. I am surprised you were to understand that nonsense. The Wilder fans are as deluded as their hero. Grasping at straws and turning on their own just cope with the loss. If you knew boxing history you would not have been stunned because no fighter in the lower weights that I have seen at 38 years old has ever been a favorite over any title holder. And even at the higher weights you would have to search to find one favored at 38. You forgot he is 38, not 30.

I don't factor in age, as much as recent performance. I had seen that Donaire still had plenty in the tank with his recent fights to know that there was enough there to beat, someone I considered to be a weak champion, hence my placing the bet.

I factor history. And older fighters don't get younger whether they are active or inactive. There is a reason why not once has a 38 year old lighter fighter ever been favored to win a title. Donaire was an underdog for a very clear reason. Now he has made history. But it wont happen again any time soon.
