Russ Anber was with Wilder's team but was let go years back. That's why the inexperienced Jay Deas was checking gloves. My question is why Jay Deas got a pass but Mark Breland didn't?

Regarding Breland, it could be both reasons. Wilder is the boss, the buck stops with him, and he can fire and hire people as he sees fit. Only Wilder, Breland, Jay Deas and Anber know their business.

Wilder is certainly free to hire and fire who he pleases.

But from the outside it certainly looks dumb to let glove expert Russ Anber go, only to replace him with the inexperienced Jay Deas and have him checking gloves instead. If Wilder is going to make excuses about the loss and cry about Egg Weights then he should probably point the finger at himself first for making this move.

However, in his long list of excuses I haven't once seen him hold himself accountable. Everything was always somebody else's fault.

Lots of issues with that 2nd fight. One thing not at issue: Fury came more prepared than Wilder did (whether it was to be aggressive (he was), cheat with the gloves (the gloves did do some strange things), or come prepared to fight non-stop (Fury was prepared to throw all night) .... Fury came in more confident, energetic, and prepared than Wilder in fight 2.

This will NOT be the case in Fight 3 (at least it shouldn't be).

Fight 3 should settle all the nonsense. It will be historic no matter what. This is what HW Boxing has always been about: excitement, uncertainty, danger, power, anger, resolve, animosity, and competitiveness. These are some of the biggest, strongest guys on the planet fighting (HW's in general). This fight will have all eyes on it. HW Boxing could not ask for more. May the best man win!

According to Wilder the mistake by Deas was inexperince and not intentional. Breland on the other hand threw in the towel against Wilder's wishes. Is it fair or right? Usually never is in boxing.

Let’s just be realistic, He’s just not good enough to beat Tyson Fury. The only chance he had was in the first fight when fury was coming off a three-year drug binge and 150 lb weight loss. And the truth is, that’s the only reason Wilder took the fight.

He fought the real version last year and got annihilated because they’re simply levels apart.
