You just repeated exactly what I said. She's worth whatever someone is willing to pay her. If she wont accept Hearn's offer because it is below what she believes she is worth, thats her opinion, she is free to have it, if no one else is willing to pay as much, then the highest offer is her worth as decided by the market, thats not an opinion, its a fact at that point.
