I wonder how much compensation it would take for Shields to go over to the UK for that one. Makes more sense for it to be held there since US fans don't know Marshall and T-Rex doesn't have a large fanbase of her own.

I don't think Shields fears Marshall and I would put the Flint fighter as a favorite but Clarissa probably sees this as the one fight she can cash in (and a potentially dangerous one as well) so she will try to get every cent she can.

Shields will fight absolutely anybody in boxing, except Marshall. She knows Marshall is the only woman who can, and would beat her, then she can no longer use the GWOAT quote after she gets beaten up badly X1 or X2 if rematch. She'll avoid this fight at all costs. right now, she can tell herself she's the greatest, that's even more important to an egomaniac like Shields than the money.

because she has inflated opinion of her worth and her promoter cannot or will not pay a figure he is asking . Matchroom have deep pockets for a reason , they know the game and only pay what a fight is worth costed to projected revenue and market worth .
