Eddie Hearn needs to pay Claressa Shields and Amanda Serrano what they're worth.

Otherwise stop wasting their time.

if you were a promoter you would pay them what they are worth but either you would lose money or they would be complaining as they are now . Breakdown the budget and overall projected revenue to me and convince to pay them what you think they are worth and where the money comes from , serious question? Do you really think Hearn and sky do not want the fights ? You have to remember Hearn works for Taylor and Marshall, he wants these fights the same as everybody else but you cannot pay out what is not coming in , they are not stand alone fights that can carry shows and tv revenue on their own .they are a part of budgeted undercard based on the spiking of their previous viewing figures and shields is neither media friendly , easy on the eye or popular and Marshall is not really either come to that so please answer how much would you pay for the fight on its own merits ? Forget the entire show

That's not how it works. You get paid by how much you draw. TV ratings, PPV buys, app purchases, merchandise, ticket sales, etc... Shields doesn't deserve top dollar, she needs to earn it. There's no Affirmative Action in Boxing.

both valid points , I make Serrano right and yes don’t call out shields and expect her to take the 1st offer but somewhere down the line both promoters need to convince and explain to the fighters the reality of market forces to bring the fight together, something is only worth what people will pay , hopefully it plays out that way and boxing gets a very good female fight ..

This never makes sense to me, why doesn’t Shields and her promoter make an offer? Or a counter offer to what they want? Why does Matchroom have to make the offer all the time?

Because she doesn't want the fight, plus, she hasn't got any money behind her. That's why Americans never make any offers and just duck claiming "Lowball" even if it's over 100 Mill when you can't even generate 5% of that on you own.

It's just cowardice on a disturbing level. The contradictions are poor making it very clear she's afraid.
