**** I was expecting that crew and missed their voices. Yeah on the feed I watched it was Flores solo as far as I could tell. Felt kind of empty even because usually you have 2-3 guys on commentary.

SHO from the Ennis/Lipinets, Nery/Figueora and Donaire/Oubaali has just killed it. Top to bottom all three cards have delivered in big ways.

Then DAZN was the only network putting on good cards early on and just put on another good main event tonight.

I'm not as down on Haney's performance as others and think he's tough against anyone but clearly his lack of pop is going to have top opponents still believing they can land one even if they are down big. He's not discouraging them and when he moves up to 140 and eventually 147? That's a big problem.

Give me Lopez or Lomachenko for him next.
Oh sh^t at GAR vs Matias. I'd argue GAR needs a few more fights before he should be looking at that type of guy. I dig both guys & think GAR has huge upside, but I think he needs to ease up on the gas a lil in fights. He's a lil too aggressive & I think that'd work right into Matias' style. Matias to me is like a poormans Tito Trinidad & gots that killer robot style & just seems huge at 140. It'd definitely be a fun ass fight & a ****er, but with GAR's upside I think you wanna get a few more fights vs real guys so you get that key experience in more real fights to be able to deal with a cat like Matias better. I mean to me this weekend was GAR's first "real fight" even if he was a huge favorite so let's get him some more real fights just not too real like Matias. What's your opinion?

Agree with you on Devin. I was thinking he was gonna shine more & get a stoppage last night, but I think he still did shine at times, but doing what he's been doing. I think at this point Devin is just a 12 round guy. He's great at sucking up time with his movement to. He's kinda like a 22 year old version of Money Mayweather. He knows tricks beyond his years & how to exploit his opponents with the least risk. He's gonna be hard to beat even if he's not that exciting while beating your ass.

Yeah, Haney is definitely more Money Mayweather than PBF. But he definitely tried to go for it last night and thought he could get Linares out of there. Just got rocked and then tried to get to the final bell. Good learning experience but will need to be better vs Lopez.

I think GAR gets a little too aggressive and off balance at times and he will need to reel that in if/when he fights Matias. The thing is when you face Matias, you kind of have to throw the kitchen sink at him to slow him down or else he just keeps coming. GAR is more talented and has very good power so he will have more than plenty of chances to hurt Matias. We will find out what kind of chin GAR has but I'm guessing it is a solid one with the style he fights in. GAR may be on the level of the likes of Stevenson, Ortiz etc but his career hasn't taken off like those guys. It's a shame but no excuses now. Leave your brother's management team and actually start getting three or four fights a year. I think it is a risky fight vs Matias to a certain extent but one I would still put GAR in with if I was managing him. He should be able to win that one and then get in the title picture.

I also wouldn't mind seeing him in with someone like Postol in his next few fights. That man gives everyone tough fights and will make GAR work for his win.
